Guest Checkout Wireframes

These wireframes were created during my position at the American Psychological Association. They include the implementation of a guest checkout option and Open ID login options to APA's e-commerce experience. This document reflects my first draft of these improvements. This project included requirements gathering, competitive research, and developing wireframes. After an intial development phase, a usability study was performed and revisions were made based on the test results.

This wireframe was created during my position at the American Psychological Association for an affiliate foundation. The wireframe displays a redesign of the foundation's homepage. They wanted a simple design that targeted the foundation's primary goals of encouraging people to donate and highlighting their funding opportunities for students. The process for this redesign included requirements gathering, competitive research, and reviewing best practices for nonprofit web sites. View the old APF homepage.

These wireframes were created during my position at the American Psychological Association. They include a couple of options that will better indicate to users when they have added an item to the cart. These wireframes are a result of a usability test where we discovered that some participants didn't realize an itme had actually been added to their cart after they clicked "Add to Cart."

This sitemap was created to improve the structure of the Ten Lives Club website. The Ten Lives Club is a cat shelter in the Western New York area. This stucture was achieved through a card sorting exercise using OptimalSort and some competitive analysis.

Ecommerce Prototype
E-commerce Prototype

This prototype was created from a portion of the wireframes developed to outline improvements to the American Psychological Association Ecommerce experience. This prototype includes improvements to the user experience of logging in and creating an account such as implementing Open ID.
